MEET THE GUIDE

Ben is the owner and operator of Kentucky Tailwaters.  He was born in East Tennessee but his family moved to Kentucky before his teens.  He found a love for fly fishing in high school and started chasing smallmouth bass in the Green River near his home, and trout in the Cumberland River Tailwater.  He has committed himself to passing on his love of fly fishing by teaching others and he can't wait to get out on the water with you! He and his wife Sami Jo live within sight of the Green River in Green County and just welcomed their first son, Shepherd.
